Baale Mane aims to provide disadvantaged girls a safe and happy home with a strong focus on education, life skills, and creative expression. Many of the girls have been orphaned, abandoned or subject to violence, abuse, neglect or extreme poverty. We also support the girls in higher education (like college or shorter courses), vocational training & into their first few months of work until they are fully independent. Our ultimate goal is to enable the girls to lead self-sustaining adult lives. 
We have supported more than 100 girls in becoming independent adults. Some of the young women have gone on to become technicians, accountants, teachers, retail workers & even a care manager with another NGO. Some of the young women have also started their own families and are now raising children with a brighter future.
We are raising funds to support the care and well-being, health and hygiene care, and other general costs.
